Thank you for choosing to receive “Mike McRitchie’s Small Business Profits” Ezine!

Congratulations on taking this first step with me.  I look forward to our journey together as we take on the forces gathered against us (governmental regulation and big business attacks).

I hope you’ll read through the issues with pen and pad of paper in hand – so you can note the insights and ideas that seem to connect most with you and your business.

Not everything will apply, but those ideas that do can be pure gold.  With multi-million dollar companies I’ve seen these strategies result in double-digit growth rates over even a 10-year period.

How might those translate in your business?  I can’t predict that since I don’t know your specific niche or client base and how they respond.  But I do think you’ll be surprised at the results once you jump in and implement.   My goal for you is to inspire you and gently prod you to reap the benefits by taking action and tailoring the ideas to your situation.

So why do I do this?  Like you I’ve always had an entrepreneurial itch that needs scratching.  And as I neared my 50’s, I realized I had acquired a lot of information that would be useful to small business entrepreneurs along with a highly honed ability to analyze, diagnose, and select appropriate strategies to get results.  And I didn’t want to take those to the grave without sharing them first with people like you, who can benefit.

I also have young kids that I want to spend more time with.  And a corporate job in a topsy-turvy industry limits my ability to be in control of my own destiny (yes, I’m slightly a control freak…along with a planner and an analyst at heart).  So that is my reason for putting my acquired knowledge and experience building businesses out there for you to benefit from.

What have been some of my successes and the successes others have seen from implementing these ideas I’ll be sharing?

• I helped one company grow from $2 million to over $16 million in sales in 8 years.
• They also won multiple “Fastest Growing Companies” and “Best Companies to Work For” awards based on the collaborative team building approaches we used.

• I’ve worked with CEO’s of multi-billion dollar corporations as well as small business entrepreneurs
