Some people are perfectly content with the job and career that they have. They land out of high school or college and set along a path, working their way up (or not) and never thinking about the what-ifs or the maybes.
But other people perhaps want to change their outlook and their future by completely doing a 180 turn and changing their jobs. They might want to enter a new industry or they might want to learn a new skill. Whatever the case, that decision can be alternately terrifying and exciting. It is exciting and inspiring to think about learning something new and finding success. But it’s terrifying and stressful to think about the financial commitment and the lack of security.
